Last night saw us visit the Prince of Wales at Kenfig/ Cynffig on a chilly, blustery sort of evening. Rain had fallen for much of the day, but had stopped before we arrived on the scene. The pub served quality ales from an impressive array of barrels which included Bass, and Gower Gold. It was also very crowded with diners as the food here is good.
Performance of our repertoire included Skirmish, Speed the Plough from Fieldtown and Bampton, plus Vandals of Hammerwich and Y Caseg Eira from Lichfield and Nantgarw. Someone experienced a problem of disastrous dimensions- see last pic! A good evening tour to loosen us up for our forthcoming performance at the Gower Folk Festival on Saturday!
