Following a short dance-out prior to our end of season meal at the King Arthur on 22nd September, we are now back to our winter practice sessions on most Thursday evenings. These are held at The Sacred Heart Centre, Pentrepoeth School Road, Morriston, Swansea, SA6 6HZ, from 19:30 - 21:30 each week (usually) until May 1st when our main dance-out season kicks off with dancing in the dawn at Cefyn Bryn. On Thursday 6th October we held an open evening for prospective dancers and musicians (see flier below) and were delighted to welcome three new dancers and one new musician. We have also since welcomed another person to the side as a dancer and a musician. Hooray! It's not too late to join us at practice this winter, so if you fancy it - either as a musician, a dancer, or both, get in touch and let us know you are interested. We do still dance out occasionally in the winter months, plus we also perform traditional mummers plays in pubs around Swansea around Christmas. Keep an eye on our 'See us dance' page for information on where to see us perform.
